5.2. Our service guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions not related to our service, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control.

6.2. While we take precautions to protect your property, we are not responsible for normal dust displacement that may occur during duct cleaning or for pre-existing property conditions.
